Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Extra Linen Fee
The suite is prepared with one queen bed for two guests.
For reservations of three guests, one additional bed is included (either the double Murphy bed or single floor bed).
A $25 linen fee per stay applies if:
• Separate beds are requested for a reservation of two guests, or
• A third bed is requested for a reservation of three guests.
