Policies

• All bookings require a signed rental agreement, a copy of a government issued photo ID that matches the credit card and the agreement, and a $500.00 security deposit hold.

• • No Smokers and no smoking of any kind anywhere on the property, inside or out. Professional smoke removal service fee will apply (minimum $500).
  • No Parties, events, excessive noise or illegal activity or substances. This is a family home.
  • No pets
  • Must be at least 25 years old to rent and the person booking must stay in the property through the duration of the rental. 
  • Children under 18 should not be left at the property unsupervised at any time.
  • Guest agrees to pay for any damage to the property or excessive cleaning required which includes but is not limited to unwashed dishes.
  • Quiet hours: 10 pm - 7 am. As this is a family home, we ask that noise from the t.v. and voices be kept to a minimum during this time.
  • Maximum occupancy as per local bylaw is 4 and our suite best suits 2 adults and up to 2 children or 3 adults. 
  • Additional rules are listed in the rental contract that is provided during the booking process.

• Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Forty-seven percent (47.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

HOT TUB

• Private hot tub sessions are booked on a web calendar.
• Guests are required to take a cleansing shower before use.
• Ensure swimsuits have been thoroughly rinsed and are free of any detergent, soap, salt, lake residue, sand etc.
• No glass or breakables.
• No food in or near the tub.
• Maximum 2-3 guests at a time.Registered guest use only.
• Children under 7 not permitted, age 8-12 not recommended.
