Booking Process

Thank you for your interest in staying at Forest Retreat at Thetis Lake.

Once we receive your booking request, we will review the details and respond as soon as possible. We may contact you with a few questions or request additional information to ensure our suite is the right fit for your stay. If your reservation is approved, you will receive a secure booking link to complete your reservation.

To confirm your booking, guests are required to:

• Review and digitally sign our Rental Agreement
• Upload a valid government-issued photo ID
• Submit payment for the full cost of the reservation at the time of booking
• Provide a credit card for a pre-authorized $500 security/damage hold
